The working principle of bending processing equipment Bending processing equipment is a type of machinery specifically designed for the bending and forming of metal profiles. It is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, aerospace, and shipbuilding. The primary function of bending processing equipment is to bend and form metal profiles to achieve specific curvature and shape requirements. Depending on different processing needs, bending processing equipment can be divided into various types, such as CNC rolling bender, round bending machine, medium frequency pipe bender, etc. Below, we will introduce the working principles of these bending processing equipment in detail. I. Working principle of CNC rolling bender CNC rolling bender is a high-precision, high-efficiency bending processing equipment. It adopts CNC technology, which can accurately control the bending angle and curvature of metal profiles. CNC rolling bender usually consists of the main unit, CNC system, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc. Its working principle is as follows: (I) Main unit part The main unit part is the core component of the CNC rolling bender. It usually consists of bending rollers, transmission system, frame, etc. The bending roller is the key component of the main unit part, responsible for bending and forming metal profiles. The transmission system is responsible for driving the bending roller to rotate, thereby achieving the bending and forming of metal profiles. The frame is the supporting structure of the entire main unit part, which needs to have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation. (II) CNC system part The CNC system part is the control system of the CNC rolling bender. It usually consists of CNC device, servo motor, encoder, etc. The CNC device is the core component of the CNC system part, responsible for receiving the instructions input by the operator and converting them into control signals sent to the servo motor. The servo motor then drives the bending roller to rotate according to the received control signals, thereby achieving the bending and forming of metal profiles. The encoder is responsible for real-time monitoring of the rotation angle and position of the bending roller, and feeding back the monitored data to the CNC device for adjustment and optimization of the control signals. (III) Electrical system part The electrical system part is the power supply system of the CNC rolling bender. It usually consists of power source, transformer, wires and cables, etc. The power source provides power support for the entire equipment, while the transformer converts the voltage provided by the power source into the voltage required by the equipment. Wires and cables are responsible for transmitting power to various components and parts. (IV) Hydraulic system part The hydraulic system part is the power system of the CNC rolling bender. It usually consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, etc. The hydraulic pump is responsible for drawing hydraulic oil from the tank and pressurizing it before sending it into the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is responsible for converting the pressure of the hydraulic oil into mechanical force, thereby driving the bending roller to rotate and achieving the bending and forming of metal profiles. The hydraulic valve is responsible for controlling the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil to achieve precise control of the bending process. II. Working principle of round bending machine Round bending machine is a specialized equipment for bending metal round pipes. It usually adopts mechanical transmission or hydraulic transmission mode and can perform bending and forming on metal round pipes of different diameters. The main components of the round bending machine include the main unit, transmission system, bending device, etc. Its working principle is as follows: (I) Main unit part The main unit part is the core component of the round bending machine. Working principle of medium frequency pipe bender Medium frequency pipe bender is a device that uses medium frequency current to heat metal pipe materials and then uses mechanical force to bend and form them. Medium frequency pipe bender usually consists of medium frequency power supply, heating device, bending device, etc. Its working principle is as follows: (I) Medium frequency power supply part The medium frequency power supply part is the power supply system of the medium frequency pipe bender. It usually consists of rectifier, inverter, etc. The rectifier is responsible for converting alternating current into direct current, while the inverter converts the direct current into medium frequency alternating current and sends it into the heating device. (II) Heating device part The heating device part is the heating system of the medium frequency pipe bender.
